Installation Methodology

Heating the floor as a form of heating has been around since Roman times. Today electricity has taken the place of boiling water, providing the same effect in minutes rather than days. Heatwave has made heating your home maintenance free and if fitted with a programmable thermostat hassle free.

We have recognised that in order to minimise energy consumption and therefore running expense, we had to bring the source of the heat closer to the surface. The Heatwave under tile heater is therefore installed no more than 3mm from the surface to be heated in the case of hard floor coverings and in direct contact with the carpet in the case of under carpet heating.

Together with the medical opinion that comfort heating should be applied to the area furthest from the heart the Heatwave heating products make a good solution to your domestic heating.
