Certification

Heatwave undertakes through its offices or its distributors to repair or replace a heater, which is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.

Certification

The Heatwave cable and its installation methodology have been tested for compliance against AS/NZS 60335.1 as well as AS3149 Report Number 24021 (December 2004) and all work is undertaken by trained qualified installers.

Heatwave have together with the testing, against the applicable Standards, undertaken it’s own safety programme where product is checked and rechecked during Production.

All installations are protected by an earth which when installed in conjunction with an Residual Current Device (RCD) which renders the installation safe in the event of accidental damage to the cable.
