About Contractor's Kits

Heatwave offer its under floor heating kits as a packaged Contractors Kit which allows the contractor and even the home handyman the opportunity to install the heater cables leaving the termination and final connection to a registered Electrician.

A full range of sizes including all the consumables and a set of comprehensive installation instructions is supplied.

Wet Kit

Included in the kit are:

  • Instruction booklet
  • Heater
  • 3 meter cold tails
  • Marking crayon
  • Spray adhesive
  • Anchor tape

Dry Kit

Included in the kit are

  • Wet Kit plus
  • Mesh fixing adhesive
  • Tiling mesh isolating switch

Temperature Controllers

As the temperature management is a variable, the thermostat (Manual or Programmable) can be ordered separately.

To heat areas bigger than 23.11mē multiple heaters are used. Use of the heaters above at the coverage indicated will result in an installed wattage of between 133 Watts and 200 Watts/mē.
